Good quality

Good quality. Mostly use the shower, center and jet settings. I like the grip, nice and sturdy. Has yet to fall apart despite frequently tossing it on the ground when I'm done watering.

No problems

I’ve had great luck with this sprayer. The handle is comfortable to hold and it’s quite sturdy. The only time I don’t get a perfect spray is when I don’t turn the nozzle all the way to the next spray setting (user error only), but it hasn’t ever squirted me. Good product from a reputable brand.

It worked for a while then it would not turn off when I released the handel.

I am waiting for advice on how to fix it. It is only one year old.

Flaw in the design

I had to return this two times after using it only a short amount of time. The water started coming out of the area where you turn to get the different settings, spraying right in your face. Bad either design or manufacturing.
