Often used as a dip for preserving the color of sun dried fruit. However, it is also useful as a foliar spray (applied by itself or with other foliar nutrients) -- apply of 2-8 oz/acre (1-3 tsp/gal for smaller areas). Best results occur from multiple applications at the lower rates. Ours is food-grade Ascorbic Acid.
